Our Property lends itself perfectly for a rustic country wedding or a reunion. The photo opportunities are endless an diverse. It is nice to combine the outside space with the space in the barn.
We have several supplies for you to use free of charge, like tables, tents and wedding decorations. The grounds are big enough to accommodate tents/trailers and RV's and provide enough parking.
Depending on your group size you might need to rent a port-a-potty. And since the barn only can accommodate 100 people max and has no commercial kitchen, you might be interested to rent one of the nearby halls (very reasonable rent) additionally.

For any party, the minimum fee is $600 per event plus a damage deposit of $500. This covers the use of the house and barn, for two nights. Event Insurance is required as well. Since each group has different wishes it is best to call for a quote.
